A few pics of some of the special dishes we have enjoyed this year.

This guy says they were "Oishii" (Delicious)!!!

"Fuki no Tou" Tempura (fresh picked Butterbur sprouts) with Yuzu (sour citrus fruit) powder mixed with sea salt:
